If your face fits, great! No advancement, bullying culture from management down.. Catering staff paid more than nurses which is not comparable anyway. Patients are treated well, access to services is fairly quick. Training is sporadic as long as mandatory training is done there is not much else offered unless you are one of the chosen few!

Didnt deserve even one star, worse company to work with. They even support bullies. Loads of non sense paper works. Considering a private hospital but the service is worse than NHS. Benefits is rubbish, much better working in NHS. Avoid before even try.

There are obviously some areas to work on, it isn't perfect but I would let any family member be treated here and be confident they were receiving the best care.

Work colleagues are brilliant and support each other as best they can, until they cant stand it and leave. Senior Management are just bullies and blame the staff for there failings. They haven't got a clue what they are doing, they would be better in a circus as clowns. There are so many great staff and what this place needs is a complete new Senior Management team so we can move this hospital forward. Pros Work colleagues. The hardest part of the job, there isn't one, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my job there. Pros brand new building. Cons flexed off and having to make hours up.
I liked so many aspects of the hospital and would advice to anyone to work there the environment and staff are superb. Myself and family members have been treated at the hospital. Pros no parking charges! Great food in the canteen. Cons on call.
